this site
This site originally evolved from material created in courses I have taken at BCIT, in working towards their Associate Certificate in Web Technologies. It continues to be a place where I practice hand-coding web sites, as well as experiment with css and Photoshop™.
I don't profess to be an expert in the way of wabisabi. But, I am a "fan" of traditional Japanese design, culture and philosophy. I'm also a huge fan of the people and the country, a place I called home between 1992 and 1997.
Finally, this site is a place for me to share some of my photos. Whether or not most of these pics truly capture the spirit of wabisabi is very debatable. Still, I hope you enjoy them for what they are. Enjoy your visit!
